Veggie Broth Buffalo Sauce Nutritional Yeast
Chickpeas Cauliflower Celery Brown Rice
Garlic Powder Onion Powder Corn Starch

Mix veggie broth, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, nutritional yeast, and corn starch together in a small bowl. Set aside.

Add chickpeas, cauliflower, and celery to a casserole dish.

Cover evenly with uncooked brown rice.
4.
Pour hot sauce over casserole, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 1 hour at 400˚F.

Remove aluminum foil and bake for 10 more minutes.

Top with vegan ranch dressing and enjoy!
