Simple Supper Menu #11 is going to be really easy this week. This week’s recipes are healthy, filling, and absolutely delicious! It’s a perfect example of quality over quantity.
I started the Simple Supper Menu with the hope of making things easier for you in order to help you get healthy and delicious meals on the table. My goal is to put together recipes that complement each other, yet are simple enough that even children could make them – with the proper supervision of course.
This week’s Simple Supper menu has only two dishes, but it will be more than satisfying I assure you. First, are my famous Chipotle Chickpea Tacos, which are ready in less than 15 minutes and require very few ingredients.
And, for dessert, my No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie. The longest and hardest part about this menu is letting the No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie firm up in the fridge. But, trust me, it’ll be worth it. You can speed up that process by sticking it in the freezer for a couple of hours.
