One of the best things about eating plant-based is one-bowl meals. It’s a great way to make dinner easy and delicious. You can take almost any already existing recipes, toss them together, and voila…DINNER IS SERVED!
My family and I eat many one-bowl meals throughout the week. Because they’re simple, fast, and delicious. And, it lets us get a healthy and filling meal on the table and spend more time talking instead of cooking.
This week’s menu takes three incredible recipes and combines them all in one bowl. Crispy Blackened Tofu combined with Cheesy Grits and sauteed kale is one amazingly delicious combination.
