There’s nothing like wrapping your hands around warm recipes during the winter season. So, I thought since we’re right in the middle of January I thought it’d be nice for 3 hot recipes.
This week’s menu is all about feeling warm and comfortable. And, this meal does just that. For the appetizer, there’s my Vegan Bacon Hummus. Next, for the main dish, there’s Sweet Potato Black Bean Chili that’s ready in as little as 30 minutes. But, we all know you can’t have chili without hot bread.
