Make The Batter

Mash bananas and mix with wet ingredients. In a separate bowl whisk together dry ingredients. Then combine wet and dry and mix until just combined.

Line a standard loaf pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter.

Bake at 350˚F for 45-50 minutes. The banana bread is done once you insert a knife or toothpick and it comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a bit in the baking pan. Remove from pan allow to cool until room temperature.
