VEGAN BANANA BREAD
Is it really healthy?
Yes. It's oil-free and dairy-free. And, uses ripe bananas, whole-wheat flour, and maple syrup instead of sugar.
Ingredients
Wet – very ripe bananas – maple syrup – apple sauce – 3 flax eggs – 1 tsp. vanilla extract Dry – whole wheat flour – baking soda – baking powder – cinnamon – salt
Preheat oven to 350˚F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Mix ingredients separately then combine in a large mixing bowl. Don't over mix! Pour into a loaf pan and bake 45-50 mins.
Remove the banana bread from the oven and let cool to room temperature.
Slice. Serve. Enjoy!
