Easy Homemade Larabars

Homemade Larabars are so easy to make and require just four simple wholesome ingredients. A delicious, portable, and convenient snack. Here’s how to make your own!

Prep Time: 10 Min

1 cup Medjool dates 1/2 cup raw pecans 1/2 cup raw almonds 1 teaspoon of vanilla

Chill Time: 20 Min

Step 1

Dates. To a food processor fitted with an S-blade, add the dates and vanilla. Blend until the dates start to clump up and form a thick paste.

Add the nuts. Add in the nuts and pulse a few times until the nuts are evenly incorporated then turn on the food processor and blend until a crumbly mixture forms (about 30-45 seconds).

Step 3

Roll out the mixture to about ¼″-½″ and form a rectangle with your hands or press the mixture into a small square pan. Place in the refrigerator and chill for 20-30 minutes.

Remove from fridge, slice into 8 squares, and enjoy!
