INGREDIENTS

~ sweet potato ~ tahini ~vegan chocolate chips

Prep The Sweet Potato

Wash the sweet potato and poke holes around the sweet potato to allow the steam to escape while cooking.

Cook

Microwave on high for 5 minutes or bake for 45 minutes at 400˚  F.

Drizzle & Sprinkle

Cut down the center, fluff, drizzle with tahini, and sprinkle chocolate chips.
