Vegan Peanut Butter Cookies
(3 Ingredients!)
Almond Flour
Peanut Butter
Maple Syrup
Salt (optional)
Ingredients
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well. Scoop out 1 to 1 ½ Tbsp. of dough, roll into balls, and place each ball about 2 ½ inches apart.
Use a fork and gently flatten the cookies in a crisscross pattern.
Bake at 375˚F for 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool for a few minutes. Then let them cool on a wire rack completely.
