Easy Vegan Tofu Feta Cheese

This vegan tofu feta is an excellent substitute for the classic Greek cheese. Fresh, flavorful, and perfect in salads or sandwiches.

– extra firm tofu – ½ cup of water – ½ cup red wine vinegar – ¼ cup lemon juice – 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast – 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning – 1 tsp. onion powder – ½ tsp. garlic powder – ¼ tsp. salt or to taste
