This balsamic Oil free Salad Dressing is so easy to make and ready in less than 2 minutes! It’s tangy with a hint of sweetness and absolutely delicious. Whole foods plant-based, nut-free, oil-free, and gluten-free.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a jar with an airtight lid and shake until everything is well combined. If you don’t have jar, add the ingredients to a small mixing bowl and whisk.
