- 4 Tbsp smoked paprika or regular paprika
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne (optional)
- Combine all ingredients into a small jar or another airtight container. Stir or shake well to mix.
