This delicious Blueberry Quinoa Breakfast Bowl is a great way to start the day. Cooked with bananas and topped with maple syrup, pecans, and almond milk. It’s so easy! All you need are 4 ingredients and less than 20 minutes total.
- 1 cup dry quinoa
- 2 cups of water
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- Place all ingredients in Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 2 minutes.
