  • 1 cup of strong coffee (8 oz.)
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews
  • 12 Tbsp. maple syrup or sweetener of choice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and process for about a minute, or until coffee is completely smooth.
