1 cup of strong coffee (8 oz .)
1/4 cup raw cashews
1 –2 Tbsp. maple syrup or sweetener of choice
1 tsp . vanilla
Pinch of sea salt (optional)
Put all ingredients in a blender and process for about a minute, or until coffee is completely smooth.
