Dressing Ingredients
1 cup Shane & Simple cashew vegan mayo
2 Tablespoons sriracha
2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon mustard
Coleslaw Mix
1 bag of pre-packaged coleslaw (14 -16 ounces)
1 shallot or 1/2 of a small red onion, finely chopped
Combine dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
Place coleslaw mix into a large bowl, add dressing, and lightly toss until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
