Easy Five Minute Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup all natural peanut butter (that means just peanuts and maybe a little salt)
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. low-sodium soy or tamari sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. REAL maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 clove of garlic

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
