- 2 lemons thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber thinly sliced
- 64 ounces of water (8 cups)
- Add the lemon and cucumber to a large pitcher and fill with cold water.
- Place the pitcher in the fridge and chill for 1-2 hours to allow the water to infuse with flavor. Best when enjoyed the same day.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves or delicious berries. Strawberries and raspberries are great.
