Homemade lemon vinaigrette dressing made with fresh lemon juice, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, and fresh herbs. An easy and delicious homemade dressing perfect for your favorite salad and those following an oil-free diet.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder (or 1 garlic clove, minced)
  • salt and pepper taste
  • 2-3 tablespoons of water

Instructions

  1. Whisk all of the ingredients together in a small bowl.
  2. Serve right away at room temperature or transfer to a mason and refrigerate.

Notes

  • This dressing should last for about 3-5 days when stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
