A delicious and amazingly healthy breakfast dish made with raw oats, blueberries, banana, and walnuts.
- 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 banana (peeled and sliced)
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (thawed)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
- Unsweetened vanilla almond milk (my preference)
- 1 Tbsp hemp seed
- 1 Tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 Tbsp chia seed
- Toss all ingredients into a bowl, mix well, cover with plant milk and eat.
