Raw Oat Blueberry Banana Nut Power Bowl

A delicious and amazingly healthy breakfast dish made with raw oats, blueberries, banana, and walnuts.



  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 banana (peeled and sliced)
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (thawed)
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
  • Unsweetened vanilla almond milk (my preference)

Optional add-ins

  • 1 Tbsp hemp seed
  • 1 Tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 Tbsp chia seed


  1. Toss all ingredients into a bowl, mix well, cover with plant milk and eat.
