This easy vegan ranch seasoning mix is packed with bold flavor from nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and a blend of herbs. It’s perfect for dressings, dips, and more! You won’t believe how easy it is to make with the spices you already have in your pantry.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Pinch of cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to a jar: Place all ingredients into a mason jar or an airtight container.
  2. Shake or whisk to combine: Secure the lid and shake well until everything is evenly mixed. Alternatively, you can whisk the ingredients together in a small bowl and then transfer to your storage jar.
  3. Optional – use a food processor: For a finer, more blended texture, pulse the mix 1–2 times in a food processor or blender. Be careful not to over-process. Remember, you want seasoning, not powder.

Notes

  • Nutrition info includes 1/2 teaspoon of salt added to the mix.
  • Make Ranch Dressing: Combine 1 tbsp mix with 1/3 cup vegan mayo, 2–4 tbsp non-dairy milk, and 1 tbsp lemon juice.
  • Make Ranch Dip: Mix 1 tbsp mix with 1/2 cup vegan mayo, 1 tbsp non-dairy milk, and 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar.
  • Use As a Seasoning: Sprinkle on roasted veggies, tofu, potatoes, or popcorn.
  • Storage: Keep in a sealed jar at room temperature for up to 6 months. Shake before using if clumping occurs.
