Ingredients

  • 1 cup tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined.
  2. Taste and season as desired. 
  3. Enjoy with veggie burger, french fries, and vegan hot dogs.

Notes

  • You can store this homemade ketchup in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
  • Use water or low-sodium vegetable broth to adjust consistency.
