Quick and Easy BBQ Soy Curls made with Easy Homemade BBQ Sauce. Loaded with protein, NON-GMO, a great source of fiber and made with whole soybeans. Ready in as little as 10 minutes!




  1. Place soy curls in a bowl and cover with warm water and let soak for 10 minutes.
  2. While soy curls are soaking preheat a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat and prepare Easy Homemade BBQ Sauce.
  3. Drain soy curls, add to skillet and cover with BBQ sauce. Cook for about 10 minutes or until completely heated.
  4. Remove from heat and serve.
