So simple and yum. Use ‘em for everything, but we particularly love them on top of your creamed corn recipe with broccoli on top too. It’s heaven and we can’t believe how much we can eat because of the low calorie density. You are our WFPB savior LOL

So, Shane, I have discovered my favorite way to use this recipe. They are great right out of the pan, and in a sandwich, too. But I discovered that after leaving them in the fridge overnight, they are phenomenal in fried rice and they have the texture and taste of many of the Chinese chicken items. Can’t thank you enough for introducing me to these.
Have you ever soaked the soy curls in seasoned water? I’m thinking that would add another layer of flavor. Thoughts?
Great idea!!!
I finally got a bag of soy curls and made this recipe. It was super easy and we all loved it. I will definitely be making this again. Thank you for the recipe!

Awesome!
Made these recently and husband and I both loved them on a hamburger bun with dill pickle. However after lunching on them three days in a row, I froze the remainder for another day. I hope they freeze well. You sold me on soy curls after trying your pepper steak recipe. Both recipes are easy and quick to make. Thanks.

We LOVE soy curls around here:) I have never frozen them because they don’t usually last that long around our house:) Happy New Year!
Closest thing to a real barbecue sandwich we’ve had in a long time. Delicious!

I make this recipe at least once a month, I love it! I tried sauteing an onion and bell pepper first and then the sauce with the curls. Best ever!!! Thank you for taking the time to share your incredible recipes and inspiring us to create our own.
★★★★★
This is outstanding!! I’ve made it for several people so far and they love it!!
So easy and fast. On my weekly rotation for sure.

Thank you so much, Diane!!! Blessings.
Going to be trying this for our yearly Father’s Day BBQ. My dad (who isn’t vegan) normally doesn’t like “mock meats”, but I have a good feeling that he might enjoy this on a fajita with some peppers and onions. Keep you posted!
Awesome, Joey! Hope it goes well. Be sure and fill me in. Peace.
This is very simple and yummy. Please I’m confused. Is it what they call soy chunks. Or chunks strips?. Is there any difference?
These go by “soy curls”. Different names for the same thing:)
Just picked up a bag of these but haven’t made them.
Do you just eat them on their own, or pair them with something like rice?
They make great tacos, sandwiches, or go great over rice. You can eat them on their own as well.
Just made this. Super simple obviously, and tastes pretty good, a lot like a chewy chicken breast I think.
