So, I hear you love pancakes! You’ve come to the right place. Now, you can make healthy vegan pancakes anytime you want with this delicious whole grain pancake mix recipe.

Let’s get started!

Just 5 Ingredients

01 Whole-Wheat Flour

02 Rolled Oats

03 Baking Powder

Combine All Ingredients

To a large mixing bowl add all of the pancake mix ingredients and whisk until everything is well combined.

Storage

Store pancake mix in a large glass jar or airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 weeks, or indefinitely in the fridge or freezer.

Make Pancakes

Add 1 cup of mix to a large bowl, pour ¾ cup of vegan buttermilk, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla into the center of the pancake mix.

Cook Pancakes

Pour ⅓ cup of the pancake batter into the pan. Cook for about 1 minute or until the edges brown slightly and small bubbles form. Flip and cook for 30 seconds

Serve & Enjoy!

Serve with pure maple syrup, peanut butter, strawberry chia jam, or blueberry compote.

For light and fluffy pancakes let the batter rest for 5 minutes so the baking powder can react with the vinegar in the vegan buttermilk.
