FAQs

Q: Can I freeze these soups?
Yes! Most freeze beautifully. Just avoid freezing soups with pasta or potatoes-they can get mushy.

Q: How do I thicken vegan soups without cream or flour?
Blend part of the soup, stir in mashed potatoes, or use red lentils for natural creaminess.

Q: What should I serve with these soups?
Crusty bread, cornbread, or a fresh green salad are perfect pairings.

Surprised that you are sending people to other websites for some of these recipes, especially since they use oil, which I don’t think you approve of. But thanks, and I know they appreciate your support.

I’m happy to share other bloggers recipes and if they use oil, it’s usually to saute and I always include a note that it can be left out.
