Hey, Shane. Just made this today. It’s a keeper! Very refreshing and so tasty. I used canned pineapple chunks, a frozen banana and just a cup of chilled water. Also, I listened to your podcast last night. Loved it! Your intro hit home and I got a little teary-eyed but it was uplifting as well. Thank you so much for doing what you do. I appreciate it very much. Looking forward to listening to more episodes and, of course, trying more recipes. 🙂 Best of health to you and yours.

Didn’t have a ripe banana. Made it anyway. Very good. Looking forward to adding banana next time and kicking it up a notch.
