Pecan Almond Butter Variations

You can get creative with your Pecan Almond Butter by experimenting with different flavors and textures. Here are a few ideas:

  • Chocolate Lover’s Unite: Add 1-2 tablespoons of cocoa powder for a rich chocolatey twist.
  • Maple Cinnamon Crunch: Mix in chopped candied pecans for a delightful crunch and a hint of maple flavor.
  • Keto-Friendly: Skip the sweetener and add a dash of vanilla extract for a keto-friendly version.
  • Nuts: Try adding some raw cashews to this delicious nut blend for an even more delicious flavor.
  • Flavor: Try adding a bit of spice and create a flavored nut butter. A few of my favorites are nutmeg, cinnamon, homemade chai spice, or even this pumpkin pie spice.

Just made this using foraged pecans which sometimes can be dryer than commercial ones and hoped the almonds would take care of that. It turned out creamy and delicious. Thank you.
