Mock meats
Choose two slices of bread and spread your favorite dressing on both sides.
Prepare your veggies and place them on one of the slices of bread, and then add your favorite vegan sandwich filling or mock meat.
Top with the other piece of bread. Enjoy it as is or toasted.
NOTE: You can enjoy it as a wrap, in a flatbread, or as an open-faced sandwich.
Notes
If possible, make your sauces and mock meats at home. I don’t like store-bought hummus because of the oil that is in it.
