Alright, let’s get it done!
Ingredients You’ll Need
- Vegan Mayo: I use my own homemade cashew vegan mayonnaise. It’s oil-free, creamy, and absolutely delicious.
- Relish: I like Wickles. Sweet pickle relish is my favorite but if you prefer less sweet regular dill relish is just as good. You could also just used finely chopped dill pickles.
- Lemon Juice: fresh lemon juice is best. If you use bottled, be sure it is pure juice. Not the crap in the green plastic bottle.
- Mustard: you can use yellow or Dijon mustard. Personally, I prefer yellow mustard in this recipe.
- Salt and pepper: I usually omit both of these. But, taste and season as needed at the end.
- Mix-ins: fresh dill and capers are a great way to spruce up this recipe.
