What Type Of Ingredients and Equipment Will I Need
Think simple and don’t overwhelm yourself. There’s no need to go out and buy fancy ingredients you’ve never used. That goes for equipment as well.
If you have a Vitamix or Instant Pot, use them, but otherwise, make the recipes work around what is already in your kitchen.
Equipment
It’s possible you have most or even all of these things. But, remember, use what you have and make it work for you.

I like to buy my vegetables as I need them just so they are always fresh. And, don’t sit around and go bad.
- pantry staples: organic brown and white rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes, avocado, lentils, quinoa, pasta, canned beans (chickpeas, black beans, etc.), corn, whole grain bread, walnuts

- sauce and condiments: ketchup, bbq sauce, mustard (yellow or Dijon) low-sodium soy sauce, tamari (gluten-free soy sauce), coconut aminons (soy-free)
- extras: tempeh, tofu, soy curls
