Meal prepping is a great way to ensure you spend less time in the kitchen and more time with your family and friends. And, creating healthy vegan meals is much simpler than you may realize.

Vegan Meal Prep Ideas And Tips
- Focus on soups. They’re easy, require cheap ingredients, usually loaded with fresh vegetables, and other healthy options you can just toss into the pot. It’s hard to mess them up.
- Vegan Freezer Meals: most, if not all, of these delicious recipes can be made ahead of time and frozen. So, you could potentially have meals for the whole month if you wish.
- Instant Pot: If you have an Instant Pot, USE IT! I’ve included a couple of delicious recipes that are ready in mere minutes.
- Prepare: pursuing a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be complicated and one of the things that can make it less stressful is planning. Creating a delicious meal plan is actually simple and doesn’t require a lot of time. Also, be sure your pantry is stocked with all the must-have plant-based staples.
- Keep It Simple: all of these recipes use simple ingredients you can find at a regular grocery store. There’s a time for fancy meals, but this is about being efficient, healthy, and keeping your sanity.
