    Sometimes a sandwich night is just the ticket. It's easy and healthy. You can prep all the ingredients beforehand and let everyone make their own. I still love watching my kids "CRUSH" the sandwich together.

    I'll just go ahead and say this is one of the BEST meatless chili recipes. It's filling and full of flavor. As chili should be.

    Mashed Potato Tacos

    Talk about comfort food! This is the perfect dish if you have leftover mashed potatoes lingering. I know it sounds crazy, but trust me...IT'S INSANELY GOOD!

      It would be wonderful to see some Vegan recipes without Nightshade plants!!
      Nightshades are potato, tomato, peppers and so on!!!
      I love being Vegan but it’s hard to find recipes without them and eating them
      causing me pain as I have Rheumatoid Arthritis!!!
      So please let me know if you have recipes without the Nightshades!!!
