What Is Veganuary
Veganuary is an annual campaign that encourages people to give up animal products and eat a vegan or plant-based diet for the month of January. More and more, it seems people are discovering how much a plant-based diet benefits not only them but the world around them as well.
So, I wanted to do my part in helping you or equip you to help others to try out Veganuary. Most people just don’t know where to start and think it requires eating weird food, tofu, or salads. But, nothing could be further from the truth as you will discover with these recipes.
In this post, there are 10 recipes that cover all the bases but don’t overwhelm. These recipes include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a couple of desserts. All of these recipes use simple everyday ingredients, are easy to prepare, and completely all-natural and whole. NO FAKE CRAP!
