We all know life can get busy and sometimes you just need something that gets you through the day. But, don’t need to reach for a bag of potato chips or drink some shake full of protein powder.

    Hi Shane, Can’t you give these recipes/meals in an easy to print booklet format? I love them but would prefer printing it and keeping it in the kitchen for quick and easy use?

      Hi Lesley,
      I put all of Shane’s recipes in my “Paprika” app. Then I have them on my phone or iPad to use in the kitchen. It allows me to check off ingredients, scale the recipes, and make edits. Very easy to add new recipes. There are other recipe apps out there, too.
