    NOTES: Use my Easy Vegan Pie Crust and omit the maple syrup so the crust is more savory. This recipe does use oil to sauté the vegetables, but that can easily be left out with no problem.

    ADDITIONS: Try adding some of vegan sausage crumbles for more flavor and texture.

    Suggested Side Dishes: Serve up a slice of this delicious quiche with oil free oven roasted potatoes, perfectly roasted asparagus, or tofu bacon.
