The 4th of July should be a time spent with friends and family over great food. And, this year it feels like we need that more than ever. I know I do.

I think these vegan 4th of July recipes speak for themselves and are proof that meat is not necessary for an amazing summer party! The truth is, you can put together one incredible, delicious July 4th gathering with a huge plant-based spread that’s sure to impress everyone in attendance.

Vegan buffet, anyone?
